Position: Dallas County Assistant District Attorney – Civil – Attorney III - 23002608
Duties: Reporting to the Civil Division Deputy Chief and overseeing 3 paralegals in the handling of Public Information Act requests. Provide oversight for the Public Information Act Division; prepare legal briefs to the Texas Attorney General's Office regarding Public Information Act exceptions. Advise and assist County Departments with Public Information Act requests. Complete other projects and work as assigned.
Qualifications: Current license to practice law in the State of Texas; member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas; 1 year of experience practicing law; and must pass background check.
Annual Salary Range: $92,953.08 – 104,919.84 (commensurate with qualifications and experience) plus benefits.
