The Corporate Counsel position will report to the General Counsel and be an integral member of the legal team providing support to the Atlantic Aviation operations, human resources, risk and business development teams. You will experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with your business clients, governmental authorities, and customers of the company and manage outside counsel in providing sound business judgment to solve the needs of the business. You will advise business teams on various legal risks and business strategies related to general operations, structure, negotiate and review a broad range of agreements including complex commercial and real estate transactions with customers and regulatory authorities and support legal efforts related to M&A.
